This study was to explore the relationship among the experiential consumption characteristic, emotional response, facility attachment and behavioral intention of the public physical facilities. The survey was conducted on the facility users of the public physical facilities. Except for thirty-four questionnaires, final 566 out of 600 ones was statistically managed and SPSS 21.0 and LISREL 8.80 were used for statistical analysis. The result of this research was as follows. First, the experiential consumption characteristic of the physical facility users are significant to emotional response. And the experiential consumption characteristic of the physical facility users are significant to facility attachment. Second, the experiential consumption characteristic of the physical facility users are significant to behavioral intention of the physical facility users. Third, the emotional response of the physical facility users are significant to facility attachment of the physical facility users. Lastly, the emotional response of the physical facility users are significant to behavioral intention. And the facility attachment of the physical facility users are significant to behavioral intention.

본 연구의 목적은 공공스포츠시설의 경험적 소비특성, 감정반응, 시설애착 및 행동의도 간의 관계를 체계적으로 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 바탕으로 공공스포츠시설의 경영효율화 및 지속적 성장에 가치 있는 정보를 제공하는데 연구의 목적을 두었다. 연구문제를 해결하기 위하여 연구대상은 공공체육시설 이용객을 대상으로 선정하였고, 4개의 지방자치 단체의 협조를 얻은 후, 연구보조자 3인과 연구자가 직접 해당 공공체육시설을 방문하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 총 600 부의 설문지를 배포한 후, 신뢰성이 결여된 34부의 설문자료는 제외한 후, 최종 자료 처리하였다. 자료처리는 설문문항의 설명 및 연구대상의 인구통계학적 특성을 파악하기 위해서 SPSS WIN 24.0을 활용하여 기술통계, 빈도분석, 상관분석 및 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였다. 또한, 연구모형의 구조관계를 도출하기 위하여 LISREL 8.80을 사용하여 확인적 요인분석 과 구조방정식 모형분석(SEM: Structural Equation Modeling)을 실시하였다. 실증분석 결과 첫째, 공공스포츠시설 이용객의 경험적 소비특성은 이용객의 감정반응과 시설애착에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 공공스포츠시설 이용객의 경험적 소비특성은 이용객의 행동의도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 공공스포츠시설 이용객의 감정반응은 이용객의 시설애착에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 공공스포츠시설 이용객의 감정반응과 시설애착은 이용객의 행동의도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
