This paper deals with the teaching process of Chinese Language and Literature and Teaching, which is operated by a general 4-year university in Korea. I analyzed the students using the data collected through in-depth interviews and surveys of students teaching Chinese Textbook Research and Guidance. Based on the student's opinion, I will found a problem of teaching process in the Non-teachers college and I'm looking for improvements. The purpose of this paper is to propose a way to develop a Pre-Service Teacher Training Course of Chinese Language and it is to share with professors teaching Chinese teaching subjects in Non-teachers College. Teaching compulsory subjects are also majors in Chinese Language and Literature. Therefore, the effectiveness of the lectures will affect both the student's general preferences and the expectations of the selected teachers. This paper discusses several aspects such as teaching objectives of Chinese Teaching Subjects, teaching methods and contents, quantity of teaching curriculum opened, textbooks used, and relevance to Secondary School Education etc. By efficiently designing teaching structure and progress of teaching courses, we aim to improve the quality of Teaching Subjects in Chinese Language and Literature, and to make further changes.

본 논문은 한국 소재 4년제 대학교에서 운영하고 있는 중국어 교직 과정을 연구대상으로, 관련 대학교 홈페이지에 있는 인터넷 자료와 필자가 가르치고 있는 ‘중국어 교재 연구 및 지 도법’ 등 교직 과목을 통하여 수집한 데이터로 연구 분석을 하였습니다. 본 논문은 제2장에서 먼저 사범대학과 교원대에서 이루어지는 중국어 교직 과목의 강의 목표, 강의 방식 및 내용, 개설한 교직 교과목 수량, 중등학교 교육 현장과의 연관성 등 몇 가지 측면에서 조사해 논의합니다. 그리고 논문의 제3장에서는 비사범대 중국어 교직 과정의 문제점을 파악해 이에 대한 개선점을 모색하려고 합니다. 끝으로 제4장 맺음말 부분은 본 논 문의 마무리가 될 것입니다. 본 논문의 연구목적은 중국어 교직 과목을 더 발전적으로 운영할 수 있는 방안을 제안하고 비사법대에서 중국어 교직 과목을 가르치는 교수님들과 공유하는 것입니다. 교직 필수 과목은 동시에 중어중문학과의 전공 강의이기도 합니다. 그래서 강의 효과는 일반 수강생들의 전공 선호도와 선발된 교직 이수자의 교직 기대감에 모두 영향을 미칩니다. 본 논문은 효율적으로 교직 과목의 수업 구성과 진행 방식을 설계함으로써 중어중문 교원 양성 과정의 질적 향상과 더 발전적인 변화 방향을 도모하고자 합니다.
