We have examined the effects of cultivation methods on various factors (sugar content, acidity, etc.) that determine the quality of citrus fruits. The difference in appearance between environmental friendly grown citrus and ordinary cultivated citrus was not significant. On the other hand, in the case of citrus cultivated in green house, it was confirmed that it showed more yellow than the field cultivated citrus. The sugar content of the citrus fruits produced by the rain sheltering cultivation condition was high and the acidity of the citrus fruits produced by the environmentally friendly cultivation was high. In all four environmentally friendly citrus fruits, the sugar content was found to be significantly different by the student-t test. Sugar content was the highest in the citrus fruits, which were cultivated in green house to avoid the rain. Environmental friendly cultivation methods are also diverse, and distribution processes (such as distribution immediately after harvest and distribution after storage period) vary, so not all eco-cultivated citrus fruits have high sugar content. In case of purchasing environmentally friendly citrus fruits, it is necessary to conduct a preliminary investigation and analysis on the cultivation environment of environmental friendly citrus fruit production farm and the environmental friendly cultivation method.

우리가 수행한 연구를 통해 감귤의 품질을 결 정하는 여러 가지 요인(당도, 산도 등)에 대한 재 배 방법의 영향을 살펴보았다. 친환경 재배 감귤 과 일반 재배 감귤 사이에서의 외형적인 차이는 크지 않았다. 반면에 비가림 재배한 감귤의 경우 에 노지 재배 감귤보다 더 노란색을 나타내는 것 을 확인하였다. 당도는 비가림 재배를 통해 생산 한 감귤이 높고, 산도는 친환경 재배를 통해 생 산한 감귤에서 높았다. 친환경감귤 4종류 모두 student-t test를 통해 당도는 서로 유의성 있게 차이가 나는 것을 확인하였고, 산도는 선물감귤 1종에서 낮았고, 나머지 3종류는 0.8 정도의 비슷 한 산도를 나타냈다. 당도는 비가림 재배 감귤인 민수네 감귤에서 당도가 가장 높았다. 친환경 재 배 방법도 다양하고, 유통과정(수확 후 바로 유 통, 저장 기간 경과 후 유통 등)도 다양하므로 모 든 친환경 재배 감귤이 당도가 높은 것은 아니었 다. 친환경 감귤을 선택하여 구입하는 경우 친환 경 감귤 생산 농장의 재배 환경, 친환경 재배 방 법 등에 대한 사전 조사와 분석도 필요함을 알 수 있었다.
