Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) in college students. Focus Group Interview(FGI) and IPA surveys were conducted to achieve the study purpose. Based on the results of the interviews, a questionnaire was developed IPA analyze based on the final 697 questionnaires. Interview contents were visualized by the big data analysis program Textom and UCINET6 NetDraw function to visualize the network between keywords and related words. The summary of the study is as follows. First, after analyzing key words with extra-curricular/recognition/improvement keywords, ‘except freshmen’, ‘time’, ‘friend’, ‘graduation certification’, ‘mentoring’, ‘News delivery’, ‘score’, ‘publicity’ and’ ‘time’ were derived as keywords. Second, as a result of the network analysis, graduation/standard, senior/news transmission, club/ publicity, notice/publicity, publicity/none were mainly derived. Third, as a result of cluster analysis on the keywords of extra-curricular recognition and improvement, ‘information’, ‘Graduation standards’, ‘extra-curricular management’ and ‘program’ are mainly formed in extra-curricular recognition and improvement. The result of IPA was resulted that the Importance was highly required than the Performance and there was a statistically significantly different. As a result of analyzing the priorities using the Locus for Focus model, both students and staff agreed as follows; expansion of various extra-curricular activities, maintaining and supplementing the extra-curricular, self-monitoring online system, expand consulting on extra-curricular activities, and hold extra-curricular graduation standards introduction were common factors. Based on the results of this study, implications for extra-curricular recognition and improvement methods were derived.

본 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 비교과 교육과정에 대한 인식 및 요구를 탐색하기 위함이다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 집단면담(FGI)과 요구도 조사를 실시하였다. 연구 참여자는 충남 A시 S대학에 재학 중인 61명을 대상으로 하였으며 면담결과를 바탕으로 요구도 설문지를 개발하여 재학생과 교직원 697명의 응답을 바탕으로 요구도 분석을 실시하였다. 면담내용은 빅데이터 분석 프로그램 텍스톰과 UCINET6 NetDraw(넷드로) 기능을 통해 키워드와 관련된 단어들 사이의 네트워크를 시각화 하였다. 또한 도출된 단어의 유사군집을 도출하기 위해 CONCOR 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 비교과/인식/방안 키워드로 핵심단어들을 분석한 결과 비교과, 동아리, 활동을 제외하고 ‘신입생’, ‘시간’, ‘친구’, ‘졸업인증’, ‘멘토링’, ‘쏠림’, ‘소식전달’, ‘비교과점수’, ‘홍보’, ‘시간’ 등이 키워드로 도출되었다. 둘째, 네트워크 분석결과 졸업인증/기준, 선배/소식전달, 동아리/홍보, 공지/홍보, 홍보/없음 등이 주요하게 나타났다. 셋째, 비교과를 키워드로 군집분석을 실시한 결과 비교과 인식과 제고 방안에서 주요하게 ‘홍보’, ‘졸업인증’, ‘비교과 운영’, ‘프로그램’이 주요한 그룹으로 형성되었다. 비교과 요구도는 중요도가 실행도보다 높았으며 통계적으로도 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. The Locus for Focus 모델을 활용하여 우선순위를 분석한 결과 학생과 교직원 모두 다양한 비교과 활동 확보, 비교과 자가 점검 전산 시스템 유지 및 보완, 비교과 활동 관련 컨설팅 확대, 비교과 졸업인증제 설명회 개최 확대가 공통적으로 요구도가 높은 것을 알 수 있다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 비교과 인식개선 및 제고 방안에 대한 지원방안을 논의하였다.
