The purpose of this research is to look at the 17th∼18th century era of paganism and the practice of diakonia in which the Korean Church is being neglected and neglected by the practice of diakonia, and to suggest directions for the implementation of diakonia in response to the needs of the community. Diakonian practice is the service of love. Diakonia is a way of conveying the heart of God's mercy to a world that has lost God's love, and not just to save it, but to express God's love. When it means the church, the most beautiful word is the service(Diakonia). Diakonia is the essence of church and disciple, the glorious rectitude, and the fruit of God's love as a love for one's neighbor. Therefore, "Service-Diakonia," which serves the world and serves the community with love, is to serve God, a holy act of loving God. Today, the world will be able to see God through the practice of diakonia by churches and disciples and will meet him. Through the practice of diakonia, the world will be the nation of God, and the church will be a holy community. Like this, diakonian practice is God's holy salvation in the world, creating a community of divine love through the love of God. In this study, we first took a biblical and theological examination of diakonia, followed by a look at the practice of diakonia in Europe of the 17th-18th century. The case studies also analyzed 132 churches that won the “Church with the Community award” over the last 16 years (2003-2018) on the Christian Ethics New Millennium Movement. In Chapter 6, the characteristics, practices, and suggestions of churches that practice diakonia were given. Today, churches and the delays of Jesus must show Jesus to the world by preaching the gospel and practicing words. The world will be seen an invisible God as their diakonia. Diakonia is the light of life in a world where God cannot be seen, and the gospel that shows God that cannot be seen to the world. Today the world will be able to see God and meet him through the practice of diakonia by churches and disciples.

본 연구의 목적은 한국 교회가 섬김과 봉사 즉, 디아코니아 실천에 등한시함으로 공신력을 잃고 사회적으로 외면당하고 있는 현실에서, 17∼18세기 유럽 경건주의 시 대의 디아코니아 실천에 대하여 살펴보고, 이에 근거하여 디아코니아 실천의 나아갈 방향을 제시함에 있다. 디아코니아 실천은 사랑의 섬김 사역이다. 디아코니아는 하나 님의 사랑을 상실한 세상에 하나님의 자비의 마음을 전하는 것이며, 단순히 구제하는 것만이 아닌 하나님의 사랑의 표현 방법이다. 교회를 의미할 때 가장 아름다운 단어 는 섬김(diakonia)이라는 말이다. 디아코니아는 교회와 제자 됨의 본질이고, 영광스런 직분이며, 이웃에 대한 사랑으로서 하나님 사랑의 열매이다. 그러므로 사랑으로 세상 을 섬기고 지역사회를 섬기는 “섬김-디아코니아”는 곧 하나님을 섬기는 것이요, 하나 님을 사랑하는 거룩한 행동이다. 오늘날 세상은 교회와 제자들의 디아코니아 실천을 통하여 하나님을 볼 수 있게 되고 하나님을 만나게 될 것이다. 디아코니아 실천을 통해 세상은 하나님의 나라가 될 것이며, 교회는 거룩한 공동체가 될 것이다. 이처럼 디 아코니아 실천은 이 세상에서 하나님의 사랑으로 거룩한 사랑의 공동체를 만들어가는 하나님의 거룩한 구원 행동이다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 디아코니아에 대한 어원적 고찰 과 성서,신학적 고찰을 하였고, 이어 17∼18세기 유럽의 디아코니아 실천을 살펴보았 다. 또한 사례연구에서는 기독교 윤리 신천 운동에서 지난 16년(2003∼2018) 동안 “지 역사회와 함께하는 교회상”을 수상한 132개 교회를 분석하였다. 마지막으로 디아코니 아 실천 교회들의 특성과 실천방안에 대하여 살펴보았다. 오늘날, 교회와 예수의 지체 들은 복음을 전하고 말씀을 실천함으로써 예수를 세상에 보여 주어야 한다. 세상은 보이지 않는 하나님을 그들의 디아코니아(diakonia)로 보이게 될 것이다. 디아코니아 는 하나님을 볼 수 없는 세상에 생명의 빛을 비추는 것이며, 눈으로 볼 수 없는 하나 님을 세상에 보여주는 복음 사역이다. 오늘날 세상은 교회와 제자들의 디아코니아 실 천을 통하여 하나님을 볼 수 있게 되고 하나님을 만나게 될 것이다.
