This study is a descriptive correlation study that analyzes the correlation between health-related lifestyle and quality of life characteristics of single household. Variables were selected 1,220 surveys of single household from the Korea Health Panel 2015. The average age of single-person households in Korea was 68.19, with women accounting for 71.3% of the single-person households. One household due to each private sector accounted for 64.8%, while 42.3% responded to their subjective health status as "ordinary." Smokers accounted for 31.7% and drinkers 34.7%, with 55.3%t of the low-activity group making up the largest amount of physical activity. The quality of life score was 13.31 ± 1.828. There was a positive correlation between smoking, drinking, physical activity and quality of life. Based on this data, progress of physical activity improvement program in support of the diversity and social relations are needed, and individual psychological and emotional support of single household needs to be developed.

본 연구는 1인 가구의 건강생활습관과 삶의 질 특성을 확인하여 상관성을 분석한 서술적 상관관계 연구이 다. 한국의료패널 2015년 자료를 활용하여 1인 가구라고 응답한 설문 자료에서 건강생활습관 및 삶의 질 관련 변수를 선정하였다. 우리나라 1인 가구의 평균 나이는 68.19세로 여성이 71.3%를 차지하였으며, 사별로 인한 1인 가구가 64.8%였으며, 주관적 건강상태는 ‘보통’이 42.3%였다. 흡연자는 31.7%, 음주자는 34.7%였으며, 신체활동 량은 비활동군이 55.3%로 가장 많았다. 삶의 질은 15점 만점에 13.31±1.828점이었으며, 흡연빈도, 음주빈도, 신 체활동과 삶의 질 점수는 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 다인 가구와의 비교연구를 통해 흡연 및 음주가 삶의 질에 영향을 끼치게 되는 매개 요인에 대해 심층적으로 탐색할 필요가 있다. 또한, 본 자료를 바탕 으로 1인 가구를 대상으로 하는 사회관계를 지지하는 신체활동 증진 프로그램을 지원할 필요가 있다. 또한, 국가적 차원에서 사회적 지원 체계의 마련을 위해 노력해야 할 것이다.
