초록

영어

A new cultivar ‘Bambithyang’ was bred from monokaryotic strains of Sanbaekhyang and SANJO 707-ho by mono-mono hybridization method. Cap was convex and chestnut brown. It was 69.2 mm in diameter and 17.8 mm in height. The distribution of scales was whole and the scales were cream-colored. The arrangement of gill was ripple and gill density was sparse. Stipe was cream colored and fluff was medium. Bambithyang had a short cultivation period and fruiting bodies occured sporadically. It is a medium temperature strain and the temperature for fruiting body formation is 11-20°C. The ratio of fruiting body production was the first flush 98%. Bambithyang was different from Sanbaekhyang by its convex cap, 69.2 mm of cap diameter, and it was possible to culture in all seasons except mid-summer and mid-winter. Sanbaekhyang had flat cap, 74.7 mm of cap diameter, and spring and autumn fruiting body production period.
