InDel and SSR sequences of monokaryons which are mother strains of Pleurotus ostreatus cultivar

InDel and simple sequence repeats (SSRs) were isolated from the genome sequences of 4 monokaryons which are the mother strains of “Heuktari”, Gonji 7ho, Sanatari and “Baeksun” were sequenced by HiSeq (Illunina사) sequencing technology. The total numbers of SSRs detected in the “HK18, GB19, CD54 and hyosn47 genomes were 849, 712, 783 and 711, respectively. Tri-, hexa- and octanucleotide motifs accounted for the top three fractions of SSR distributions. Conserved sequences were acquired by BLAST search with reference cds sequence to contigs’ DB of 4 cultivar. A total of 32,870 CDs were found, it used for sequence alignment to find 1,781 InDel matrix. Finally 1,581 primers were isolated after removing no polymorphism by in silico PCR reaction. These SSRs and InDels could be used as a primer for genotyping of segregation population and screening for the trait linked markers.
