This study set the Chinese university student as the primary objective of the study to establish the effect of the quality factor of higher education service on student satisfaction, followed by the review of whether the self-oriented value of the university and social-oriented value variable each have a defining-adjusting effect. We conducted empirical research through 209 questionnaires for the first, second, third and fourth graders of the social science department at a university in China. First, the hypothesis that the quality factor of higher education service has a defining influence on student satisfaction was adopted and the second analysis of this study analyzed whether the various oriented values and social oriented values have a modulating effect on the relationship between the quality factor of higher education service and student satisfaction. Among them, self-oriented values can be analyzed as having a significant, defining and controlling effect, and social-oriented values can be difficult to expect co-existence and cooperation, suitability and synergy effect in the results of student satisfaction. The theoretical contribution of this study can be seen as the research and analysis of the relationship between the quality factors of higher education service and student satisfaction with Chinese universities and the analysis of the influence of two variables on student satisfaction through organic linkage, while the practical side suggests that it is more effective to analyze and study self-oriented values as an additional element of university operation through concrete analysis

본 연구는 중국 대학생을 연구대상으로 고등교육서비스 품질요인이 학생만족도에 미치는 영향을 1차 목표로 설정하고 이어서 대학교의 자기 지향적 가치와 사회 지향적 가치 변수 각각 정의 조절 적인 효과를 가지는지를 검토하는 것을 연구의 2차 목표로 설정하였다. 중국 소재 모 대학교 사회 과학 관련 학과의 1학년, 2학년, 3학년, 4학년 학생들을 상대로 209명의 설문지를 통하여 실증적 연 구를 실행하였으며, 먼저 고등교육서비스 품질요인은 학생 만족도에 정의 영향력을 미친다는 가설1 은 채택되었고 본 연구의 2번째 분석으로, 가지 지향적 가치와 사회 지향적 가치가 고등교육서비스 품질요인과 학생 만족도 간의 관계에 대한 조절적 효과를 가지는지를 조절 회귀분석의 방법을 통해 분석하였다. 그중 자기 지향적 가치는 유의한 정의 조절적인 효과를 가지는 것으로 분석 할 수 있 고 사회 지향적 가치는 학생 만족도 결과에 상생 및 협력 그리고 적합성, 시너지 효과 등을 기대하 기 어렵다는 통계결과를 도출하였다. 본 연구의 이론적인 측면에서의 공헌은 고등교육서비스 품질 요인과 학생 만족도에 간의 관계에 대해 중국 대학교를 대상으로 하여 연구 및 분석하였다는 점과 지각가치라는 2개 변수를 유기적인 연계를 통해 학생 만족도에 대한 영향력을 분석 연구하였다는 점이라고 볼 수 있고, 실무 측면은 자기 지향적 가치에 대해 구체적인 분석 및 연구를 통하여 대학 교 운영에 추가적인 요소로 분석 및 연구하는 것이 보다 효과적이 다는 시사점을 제시하고 있다.
