The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between motivation for self-growth to study abroad and the satisfaction of studying abroad and job search efficacy among Chinese students. The survey data for empirical research were used by a survey of chinese students studying in Korea. The research results confirmed that the higher the motivation for self-growth to study abroad, the more effective the job search is, and that the job search efficacy has a mediating effect between the motivation for self-growth to study abroad and the life satisfaction of studying abroad. Based on these findings, the theory and practical implications were described and future research tasks discussed.

급증하는 재한 외국인 유학생들 중， 중국인　유학생은 지속적으로 가장 많은 비중을 차지하여 왔다. 그러나 최근 수년간은 그 증가 속도가 지속적으로 둔화되고 중국내에서의 해외유학 대폭 증 가율과도 상이하게 대조되고 있다. 이는 중국인 유학생들이 한국 유학생활에서의　낮은　만족도와　 구직효능감과 관련된다. 이에 본 연구는 재한 중국유학생들을 대상으로 자기성장 유학동기와 유학 생활만족도 및 구직효능감 간의 관계를 밝히는 것을 연구목적으로 하였다. 실증연구를 위한 조사 자료는 Wechat를 활용하여 수집된 337명의 재한 중국유학생들에 대한 설문결과를 활용하였다. 연 구결과는 자기성장 유학동기가 높을수록 구직효능감이 높으며, 구직효능감은 자기성장 유학동기와 유학생활만족감 간의 관계에 매개효과를 가지고 있음을 검증하였다. 이러한 연구결과에 근거하여 이론과 실무적인 시사점을 기술하고 향후의 연구 과제를 논하였다.
