This paper is based on a case study about the Korean Chinese interpretation activities for the students majoring in Chinese in a Korean university. The study focuses on the students’ perspective role which they will take in practical fields. For the experiment, 24 Chinese major students participated in the survey. From the interpretation theories to the simulational practices presiding at a meeting, a class discussion method has been consistently adopted in the class. The students were required to announce their opinions and participate in the evaluation as well. They were able to experience as if they worked in real situations. The findings are: 1) Students’ learning objectives become clear; 2) It provides students for an opportunity to reflect on themselves; 3) It makes students take realistic approaches for their visions; 4) It also makes students recheck their own learning method and search for new learning skills necessary for actual practices. Finally, the findings of the present study should be examined in-depth with more students in further studies.

본 연구는 한국 대학교의 중국어 학습자들의 통역 교실수업의 사례분석을 토대로 이루어 진 것이다. 향후 중국어 전공자들이 실제 업무에서 감당하게 될 역할을 모티브로 하였다. 통역 이론에서부터 모의사회 연습까지 일관되게 토론/토의식의 수업방식을 채택하였다. 실험에 참 여한 자들은 한국 대학교의 3학년 중국어 전공과목에 수강 신청한 학습자들로 중국어로 기본 적인 의사소통이 가능한 24명의 학습자들이었다. 학습자들을 직접 발표하고 평가에도 참여하 게 유도함으로 실전 경험에서처럼 몸소 체득하는 효과를 가질 수 있게 하였다. 실험 이후 학 습자들에게서 4가지 변화를 관찰할 수 있었다. 1) 학습목표가 분명해졌다. 2) 자신에 대해 깊 이 성찰하는 계기가 마련되었다. 3) 자신의 비전설계에 현실성 있게 접근하게 되었다. 4) 자신 의 학습법을 재점검하고 실전에 필요한 학습전략을 탐색하게 되었다. 향후 본고에서 제안한 교수법의 활용가치에 있어서는 더 많은 피실험자들을 대상으로 보다 구체적인 연구와 실험이 뒤따라야 할 것이다.
