This study introduces trends on silver care implemented with the fourth industrial revolution technology, and discusses the use of digital technology for elderly health and rehabilitation by reviewing relevant literature to examine and present di rections for future digital-based silver care commercialization. First, health smart home, which is a smart residential servic e available through digital technology or IT technology that supports independent living in your home, is available. Second, there are technical services using artificial intelligence(AI) and robots. Robots based on advanced intelligence can serve as an assistant for the health and rehabilitation of senior citizens by supporting services that enable the daily lives of senior, checking their health conditions, and high-quality medical care. For the commercialization of these silver care systems, inf ormation and services appropriate to the current situation, such as the physical ability and health status of the elderly, sho uld be provided, and it would be desirable to gradually expand the use of essential technology to reflect the needs of the elderly in use so that the digital alienated.

본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 기술로 구현하는 실버케어에 대한 동향을 소개하고, 관련 문헌을 고찰하여 노인건강과 재활을 위 한 디지털 기술 활용을 기술함으로서 향후 디지털 기반의 실버케어 상용화 가능성을 살펴보고 나아갈 방향을 제시하고자 한 다. 노인들의 일상생활에서 겪을 수 있는 활동장애나 건강상의 문제를 관리하는데 도움이 되는 에브리데이 테크놀러지 (Everyday Technology)를 활용한 건강관리와 재활을 위한 실버케어로는 첫째, 자신이 살던 집에서 독립생활이 가능하도록 보 조하는 디지털기술이나 IT기술을 통해 가능한 스마트 주거 서비스인 건강지원 스마트 홈(Health smart home)을 들 수 있다. 둘째, 인공지능과 로봇을 활용한 기술 서비스를 들 수 있는데, 고도화된 지능에 기반한 로봇은 노인들의 일상생활을 보조하고, 건강상태를 체크하며, 양질의 의료 관리를 가능하게 하는 서비스를 지원하여 노인들의 건강과 재활을 위한 보조역할이 가능하 다. 이들 실버케어의 상용화를 위해서는 노인의 신체적 능력과 건강상태 등 현재 상황에 맞는 정보와 서비스가 제공되어야 하 며, 디지털 소외계층인 노인들이 불편함을 느끼지 않도록 실사용 노인들의 요구를 반영한 필수적인 기술 활용을 시작으로 점 차 확대시켜 나가는 것이 바람직할 것이다.
