The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between personality, stress and college adjustment of nursing college students and to identify the factors influencing college adjustment. The data collected from December 14, 2017 to December 19, 2017, and the questionnaire from 193 nursing students in D City. The data were analyzed by t-test, one-way ANOVA and Scheffe's test, Pearson's correlation and multiple regression analysis. The mean scores of major satisfaction, was 6.32 ± 2.03, personality was 3.76 ± .43, stress was 1.57 ± .37, and college adjustment was 3.30 ± .65. There were positive correlations between college adjustment and major satisfaction(r = .41, p <.001), as well as between personality (r = .60, p <.001). The significant factors influencing the college adjustment were number of consultation, major satisfaction and personality, which explained 49% of the variance in the college adjustment. Based on these findings, programs that develop personality are necessary for college nursing students in order to promote college adjustment.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 인성 , 스트레스, 대학생활 적응 간의 관계를 파악하고 대학생활 적응에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위함이다. D광역시 간호학과 193명을 대상으로 2017년 12월 14일부터 2017년 12월 19일까지 설문 조사를 하였다. 자료 분석은 t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe's test, Pearson's correlatio, 다중선형회귀분석으로 하였다. 연구결과, 전공만족도 평균 6.32±2.03점, 인성 평균 3.76±.43점, 스트레스 평균 1.57±.37점, 대학생활 적응 평균 3.30±.65점이었다. 대학생활 적응은 전공만족도(r=.42, p <.001)와 인성(r=.61, p <.001)과 순 상관관계가 있었으 며, 스트레스(r=-.33, p <.001)와는 역 상관관계로 나타났다. 대학생활 적응에 영향을 미치는 요인은 상담횟수, 전공만족 도, 인성이었으며, 대학생활 적응에 대한 설명력은 49%이었다. 따라서 간호대학생의 대학생활 적응을 향상시킬 수 있는 다각적인 노력이 필요하며, 인성함양을 위한 프로그램의 개발이 필요하다고 생각된다.
