This study tries to express the art-making design by applying Banky's graffiti, which boldly expresses an individual's artistic capabilities as a street artist. Through a prior study, various characteristics and expression techniques of Banksy's work were investigated and art-making designs were carried out using stencil techniques and parodies. Banksy works for design expression were selected through his online site. Through the finished work, firstly, the left and right sides of the face were designed differently to express messages about war and environmental pollution, expressing the expression of water pollution and the strong vitality of clean natural environment. Second, the message of man's desire for capitalism expressed a human desire to elicit an endless desire to buy for commercial purposes. Third, with the motif of the girl's image expressed by Banksy as a message of peace aspirations for the generations affected by the war, the image of a pure child, balloons and broken barriers was expressed, expressing a desire for freedom. Fourth, the work was expressed with fire expressing war by depicting pigeons as a message to the peace goat. Finally, like a message about protecting nature from environmental destruction, I expressed my desire for peace and my heart for nature with the flowers that often appear in the works of artist Banksy. Through these activities, graffiti works with social, political, strong and heavy messages can be newly interpreted, expressed and delivered through art-making. 본 연구는 거리 예술가로 개인의 예술 역량을 과감하게 표현하는 뱅크시의 그라피티를 응용하여 아트메이크업 디자인을 표현하여 아트메이크업의 예술적 표현 영역을 확대하는 것에 목적을 둔다. 이를 위해 선행연구를 통해 뱅크시 작품의 다양한 특성 및 표현 기법을 조사하여 스텐실기법을 이용하여 아트메이크업 디자인을 진행하였다. 디자인 표현을 위한 뱅크시 작품은 그가 주관하는 온라인 사이트를 통해 선정하였다. 작품을 진행한 결과, 첫째, 환경보호에 대한 메시지를 표현하기 위해 얼굴 좌우를 다르게 디자인 하여 수질오염에 대한 표현과 깨끗한 자연환경의 강한 생명력을 표현하였다. 둘째, 자본주의에 대한 인간의 욕망에 대한 메시지로 상업적 목적을 위해 끝없는 구매욕을 들어내는 인간의 욕망을 표현하였다. 셋째, 전쟁으로 인해 피해 받는 세대를 위한 메시지로 뱅크시가 표현한 소녀의 이미지를 모티브로 하여 순수한 어린아이의 모습과 풍선, 깨진 장벽을 표현하여 자유를 열망하는 모습을 표현하였다. 넷째, 평화염원에 대한 메시지로 비둘기를 형상화 하여 전쟁을 표현하는 불과 함께 작품을 표현하였다. 마지막으로 환경 파괴로부터 자연을 보호에 대한 메시지로 아티스트 뱅크시의 작품에 자주 등장하는 꽃을 모티브로 하여 평화 염원과 자연에 대한 마음을 표현하였다. 본 연구의 작품을 통해 사회적, 정치적이며 강하고 무거운 메시지를 가진 그라피티 작품이 아트메이크업을 통해 예술적 감성을 담아 새롭게 해석되고 표현되어 전달할 수 있었다. 이는 메이크업과 그라피티 예술의 만남을 통해 메이크업 아트 표현에 있어 한계를 정하지 않고 발전해 나갈 수 있는 기반으로 그 의의를 둔다.
