The purpose of this study was to examine the difference of information processing process in the brain the start point of track sprint competition between non-athlete group and multiple athlete groups. The difference was examined through CNV index. The subjects of this study are 15 track sprint athletes, 15 track middle & long distance and race walkers, 12 jumpers, 13 volleyball players and 15 non-athletes. In terms of research assignment, S1-S2 was used and for two types of stimuli (forewarned-stimulus, responsestimulus), 4 conditions (① visual response assignment, ② auditory response assignment, ③visual coefficient assignment, ④ auditory coefficient assignment) were used for the two types of assignments.Research findings are as follow. First, As for RT, it showed quick response in every athlete group compared to non-athletes regardless of stimulus modality. Particularly, it was prominently revealed in the response assignment for auditory stimulus and volleyball player group showed meaningfully quick response time for auditory stimulus compared to non-athletes. Second, As for the early & late component of CNV, no meaningful difference was found among the groups. In the early component for response assignment, however, big amplitude was found between track sprint athlete group and volleyball players. As for late component, high amplitude was found in every area of deduction regardless of group.

본 연구의 목적은 비 운동그룹과 복수의 운동그룹 간에 육상 단거리 경기 출발시의 뇌 속 정보처리과정의 차이점 에 대해서 CNV(contingent negative variation)지표를 활용해서 검토하였다. 본 연구의 피험자는 육상단거리선수15 명, 육상 중·장거리 및 경보선수15명, 도약선수12명, 배구선수13명, 비운동그룹 15명이다. 연구과제는 S1-S2를 사 용하였다. 자극(예고자극, 반응자극)은 2가지 과제에 대한 4가지조건(①시각반응과제, ②청각반응과제, ③시각계수과 제, ④청각계수과제)을 이용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째. RT(reaction time)은 자극modality에 관계없이 비 운동그룹 와 비교해서 모든 운동그룹에서 빠른 반응결과를 나타냈다. 특히, 청각자극에 대한 반응과제에서 유의한 차이 를 나타났으며, 청각자극에 있어서는 배구선수그룹이 비운동그룹 보다 유의하게 반응시간이 빠른 결과를 나타냈다. 둘 째. CNV의 조기 및 후기성분은 그룹 간에 유의한 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 그러나 반응과제에 대한 전기성분에서는 단거 리선수그룹과 배구선수에서 큰 진폭을 나타냈으며, 후기성분에서는 그룹 간에 관계없이 모든 도출부위에 있어서 높은 진폭을 나타냈다.
