The purpose of this research is to establish the relationship between the perfectionism, and the sports coping and exercise adherence of university judo athletes. To achieve this purpose, 274 students who were acting as judo athletes in Seoul and Gyeonggi area were performed using the cluster random sampling method. The encoded data were electronically processed according to the research purpose using SPSS/PC 18.0 Version for Windows. Based on the results of the analysis on the through the above-mentioned research methods and procedures, the following conclusion was derived. First, achievement goal orientation is partially influences on the self-management of university judo athletes students. Second, achievement goal orientation is partially influences on the assessing tenacity of university judo athletes students. Third, self-management is partially influences on the assessing tenacity of university judo athletes students. Forth, the results of examining the causal relationship between achievement goal orientation, self-management and assessing tenacity of university judo athletes showed that the independent variable, the achievement goal orientation of university judo athletes had direct effects on the dependent variable, assessing tenacity , and had indirect effects of mediating self-management, which is the mediator variable.

이 연구의 목적은 대학유도선수들의 성취목표성향과 자기관리 및 승부근성의 관계를 구명하는데 있다. 이를 위해 서울과 경기지역에 있는 대학교 유도 선수로 활동하고 있는 대학생 총 274명을 집락무선표집 방법으로 표본을 추출하였 다. 부호화된 자료는 Windows용 SPSS/PC 18.0 Version 통계프로그램을 이용하여 연구의 목적에 따라 전산처리하였 다. 이상의 연구방법과 절차를 통하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 대학유도선수들의 성취목표성향, 자기관리의 관계를 살펴본 결과 부분적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학유도선수들의 성취목표성향, 승부근성 의 차이의 관계를 살펴본 결과 부분적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대학유도선수들의 자기관리와 승부근성의 차이의 관계를 살펴본 결과 부분적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 대학유도선수들의 성취 목표성향, 자기관리 및 승부근성의 인과관계를 살펴본 결과, 독립변인인 대학유도선수들의 성취목표성향이 종속변인인 승부근성에 미치는 직접효과와 매개변인인 자기관리를 매개한 간접효과도 있는 것으로 나타났다.
