The purpose of this study was to examine the mediation effects of the Game perfomence on the Relationship trust of leader between the sportconfidence. Participants. The data were collected in the 310 handball players with purposive sampling of nonprobability sampling. The collected data were analysed with SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 for CFA, reliability analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, and structure equation analysis. First of all, trust of leader of the players had positive effect on sport confidence. Secondly, trust of leader of the players had positive effect on game performance, and game performance had positively affect sport confidence. Lastly, game performance of the players partial mediated the relationship between trust of leader and sport confidence.

이 연구는 핸드볼 선수들이 인식하는 지도자신뢰와 스포츠자신감의 관계를 확인함과 동시에 경기수행능력의 매 개효과를 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구목적에 따라 핸드볼 선수를 대상으로 총 314부의 설문을 실시하였으며, 이후 이중기입 등과 같은 문제가 발견된 설문지 4부를 제외한 총 310부의 설문지를 최종자료로 채택하였다. 이후 SPSS 21.0 및 AMOS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 연구목적에 통계분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 지도자신뢰는 스포츠자신감과 경기수행능력에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 경기수행능력은 스포츠자신감에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으 로 나타났다. 둘째, 핸드볼선수들이 인지하는 지도자신뢰와 스포츠자신감의 관계는 경기수행능력이 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다.
