The purpose of this study is to clarify the influence of perfectionism and Savoring Belief among Korean professional baseball players. 250 players from 5 Korea professional baseball teams, including Doosan Bears, Han Wha eagles, LG twins, NC Dinos, and Nexen Heroes were randomly selected for this survey. Some of them are currently involved in Major and Minor league teams, and others are already retired players. Out of 250 questionnaires were provided, but 218 questionnaires were answered clearly, so only they were used for this actual research. Speaking of data analysis, using SPSS windows 20.0 versions, technical statistics analysis and exploratory factor analysis were carried out. For the purpose of analyzing the influence of professional player's perfectionism and savoring belief, one-way ANOVA and standard multiple regression analysis were carried out. And the results from this research are the same as below. To sum up, professional player's perfectionism turned out to be influential in savoring belief. Players from Major and Minor league teams showed higher public sense of identification based on field of playing than already-retired players. Catchers showed the highest perfectionism than players in other positions.

본 연구는 한국프로야구 선수를 대상으로 완벽주의와 향유신념에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 데 목적을 두고 있으며, 연구의 대상은 한국 프로야구 9개 구단 중 두산 베어스, 한화 이글스, LG 트윈스, NC 다이노스, 넥센 히어로즈 5개 구단을 대상으로 각 구단별 1, 2군 그리고 은퇴한 한국프로야구 선수의 구별 없이 총 218부가 실제 분석에 사용되었다. 자료처리 는 SPSS Windows 20.0버전을 이용하여 기술통계분석과 문항분석, 탐색적 요인분석(exploratory factor analysis)을 실시하였고, 일원변량분석(one-way ANOVA)과 중다회귀분석(Standard multiple regression analysis)을 시행하 였다. 본 연구결과를 종합해보면, 한국프로야구 선수의 완벽주의가 향유신념에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 포지션별 완벽주의에서는 포수의 완벽주의성향이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 아직 국내 연구에 향유신념 척도가 스포츠 심리학 분야에 사용된 사례가 없다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 한국프로야구 선수를 대상으로 향유라는 개념을 처음 도입하 고, 척도를 적용하여 프로스포츠 선수들의 긍정적인‘인생을 향유하기’를 제시하는 데 도움이 되고자 한다.
