The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of the master's qualifications and job stress on job burnout of martial arts training center leaders. For this study, a sample of 174 masters from martial arts training center was sampled from March to May, 2019 for the martial arts training center in Jeonnam․․buk. The methods of data analysis were including multiple regression analysis by means of SPSS win 23.0. Following conclusions could be drawn from the analyses: First, The Master's qualifications of martial arts training center had a positive effect on job burnout. Second, The Master's job stress of martial arts training center had a positive effect on job burnout. Therefore, It will be necessary to create job conditions for investing in self-development, such as improving the leadership skills of martial arts training center leaders and acquiring counseling skills with parents or students. The training center managers should pay more attention to the gym's operating system so that coaches can recognize the educational value of martial arts, their pride as leaders, and have a positive sentiment for job performance. In addition, various programs and measures to improve the quality and competence of masters should be prepared to enhance the job skills and status of martial arts masters.

본 연구는 무도체육관 지도자의 사범자질과 직무스트레스가 직무소진에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 위하여 2019년 3월부터 5월까지 전남북지역 무도 체육관을 대상으로 지도사범 174명을 편의표본 추출하여 설문조사를 하였다. 수집된 자료를 SPSS 23.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 다중회귀분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었 다. 첫째, 무도체육관 지도자의 사범자질은 직무소진에 정(+)적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 무도체육관 지도자의 직무스트 레스는 직무소진에 정(+)적인 영향을 미쳤다. 따라서 무도체육관 일선 지도자들의 지도능력 향상, 수련생과 학부모와의 상담기술 체득 등 자기계발에 투자할 수 있는 직무여건의 조성이 필요할 것이다. 체육관 관장들은 지도사범이 무도의 교육적 가치와 지도자로서의 자부심을 인식하고 직무수행에 대한 긍정적 정서를 가질 수 있도록 체육관 운영시스템에 대해 보다 깊은 관심을 가져야 할 것이다. 또한 일선 지도 사범들의 자질과 역량을 향상시킬 수 있는 다양한 프로그램과 방안을 마련해 무도 사범의 직무능력과 위상을 제고해야 할 것이다.
