A Study on the relations VR training, Recognition effect and Safety action : Focusing on the Mediation effects of recognition effect
초록
영어
This study was conducted to check the relationship between VR training, recognition effect, and safety action, and verify the mediation effects of recognition effects in relation to VR training and safety action. After confirming that education composition, education contents, and participation attitude were all significant factors in recognition effect and the education composition was the most significant factors. Therefore, Airline shall establish a VR training system including the all aircraft types, and put discriminative visual effects, depending on the strength of the aircraft safety accident. In addition, 3 factors of VR training have a significant effect on safety action, and the greatest influence is the participation attitude. Therefore, Airline shall implement vocational training contents before VR training in order to actively participate in VR training and to stimulate the safety tasks. The recognition effect were a significant factor in safety behaviour. Therefore, the airline should establish an independent space for VR training in order to induce active action for the safety accidents. Finally, the recognition effect represents partial mediation effects in relation to VR training and safe action. Therefore, the airline must include VR education for cabin crew’s safety training, and include the associated occupation groups. In addition, cabin crews conduct safety tasks in a team, airline should develop team based VR training content.
