The purpose of this study is to clarify the causes of drinking behavior using three delinquent theories, which are well known to explain the causes of alcohol drinking behavior in high school senior and social beginner. The data used in the study are the 6th and 7th year data of the Korean child and adolescent panel data. As a result of linear regression analysis, social learning variables are best explained drinking behaviors of high school senior and socal early years. Among them, differential association variables with drinking friends had the strongest influence on their drinking behavior. Social bonding variables showed a certain level of drinking behavior in high school senior and social beginner, and general strain variables revealed that they could not explain their drinking behavior among three delinquent theories. This study is of particular significance in that it examines the factors influencing drinking behaviors in high school senior and social beginner with the most rapid mental and emotional changes through three delinquent theories. Therefore, institutional and educational programs that can be implemented in home, school, and community are needed to reduce alcohol drinking behaviors in adolescents and early adulthood in the future.

이 연구는 사회유대이론, 일반긴장이론, 사회학습이론을 사용하여 고등3학년과 사회초년 생 음주행위의 원인을 비교 분석하는 데 주된 목적이 있다. 연구에 사용된 데이터는 한국아 동·청소년패널자료의 중1패널 6차 년도와 7차 년도 자료이다. 선형회귀분석결과, 사회학습 변수들이 고등학교 3학년과 사회초년생의 음주행위를 가장 잘 설명하고 있었으며, 그 중에서 음주친구와의 차별적 접촉 변수가 두 집단의 음주행위에 가 장 강력한 영향력을 미쳤다. 전체 독립변수들이 어느 정도 그들의 음주행위를 설명하는지를 알려 주는 결정계수의 변화율을 살펴보면, 사회학습이론이 포함된 회귀방정식의 결정계수는 전체 통합회귀방정식의 결정계수와 거의 차이가 나지 않았지만, 사회학습 변수들이 제외됐을 때 결정계수값이 상당히 하락하는 것으로 나타남에 따라 전반적으로 사회학습 변수들의 설명 력이 사회유대이론과 일반긴장이론의 변수들보다 설명력이 뛰어난 것으로 나타났다. 사회유 대 변수들은 고등3학년과 사회초년생의 음주행위를 일정수준 설명하는 것으로 나타났으며, 일반긴장 변수들은 세 가지 비행이론 중에서 그들의 음주행위를 가장 잘 설명하지 못하는 것 으로 드러났다. 이 연구는 특별히 가장 급격한 정신적, 정서적, 감정적 변화를 겪는 고등학교 3학년과 사 회초년생 시기를 특정하여 그들의 음주행위에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지를 세 가지 비 행이론을 통해 검증했다는 점에서 상당한 의의가 있다.
