The purpose of this study is to develop competency based curriculums for university dance major to foster creative-convergent dance competency. In order to deduce creative-convergent dance career development roadmaps (CDR) and ascertain the importance of academic subjects in each educational course, data were collected and analyzed with 20 field experts in dance education using the Delphi technique and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). In the first stage of the study, comprehensive views of the experts on ideal dance talent and the direction of curriculum reform were presented along with discussions about talents tailored to changing social environment. In the second stage of the study, the relative importance of academic subjects in each CDR was calculated. This study aimed to propose ‘competency based curriculums’ for the desirable image of dance talents, who have to change according to the demands of the times, and to suggest ways for improving the direction of career development education and academic subjects required in reality for training dance talents. This study is meaningful in that it expands career alternatives dance major students can choose in the future and serves as a basic research for a radical reform of university education, which enables dance major students to challenge themselves and demonstrate their ability in various fields of society.

이 연구의 목적은 시대적 요청에 의해 변화해야 하는 무용인재상을 ‘창의융합형’으로 제안하고, 이와 같은 무용인 재 양성을 위해 현실적으로 요구되는 진로개발의 교육방향과 교과영역에 관한 개선방안을 제시하는 것이다. 이에 이 연구에서는 창의융합형 무용 진로개발로드맵(Career Development Roadmap: CDR)의 도출과 교육과정별 교 과영역의 중요도를 확인하기 위해, 무용교육 분야의 현장 전문가 14명을 대상으로 델파이 조사와 계층구조분석 기법(Analytic Hierarchy Process: AHP)을 활용하여 자료의 수집 및 분석을 실시하였다. 연구의 첫 번째 단계에 서는 변화하는 사회환경에 적합한 무용인재상과 교육과정 개편의 방향성에 관한 전문가들의 종합적인 견해를 도 출하였다. 연구의 두 번째 단계에서는 대학 무용전공자를 위한 역량기반 교육과정의 각 교과영역 간 상대적 중요 도 및 우선순위를 도출하였다. 그 결과 무용전공 기초소양 CDR, 무용교육 CDR, 무용산업･경영 CDR, 무용 의·과 학 CDR, 자기설계 CDR 등의 교육과정 및 교과영역을 범주화하고 상대적 중요도와 우선순위를 도출하였다. 이 연 구는 향후 무용전공자들이 진출할 수 있는 진로대안을 확장함으로써, 무용전공자들이 사회의 다양한 영역에서 도 전하고 역량을 발휘할 수 있도록 하는 대학 교육의 체질개선을 위한 기초 연구로써 의의가 있다.
