The purpose of this paper is to capture the cultural meaning of personal broadcast through the concept of formal subjectivity in Hegel 's romantic art form. Personal broadcast is encroaching the cable broadcasting market as well as the ground waves. It is a great honor for personal broadcasters to overcome ground waves and cable broadcasts that are superior in terms of technology, capital, and content composition. Suddenly, ground waves and cable broadcasting are taking place to mimic the contents of personal broadcasting. Personal broadcasting is not explained by technological power, capital, or content composition ability. Hegel describes formal subjectivity in the form of romantic art. On the one hand, he underestimates formal subjectivity in artistic expression as art that is no longer beautiful or that which has been eroded. But on the other hand, he valued the formal subjectivity as a marvelous art of a chain of heterogeneous, a condensed art of vitality and time, and a reconciliation art of mentality and sentience. Hegel's assessment of all arts is both ambivalent and contradictory, so keep in mind that the art truth revealed in the art form is limited. I think that the content of personal broadcasting corresponds to the formal subjectivity of Hegel. Personal broadcasting is not duty, center, or road, but is a product of the spirit of the era that emphasizes actuality, periphery, and chain. To achieve the purpose of the paper, first, I consider Hegel's formal subjectivity in the relation of Hegel's philosophy of art and romantic art form (Chapter 2). In this process, how absolute inwardness and spiritual subjectivity are exposed in the romantic art form, especially in formal subjectivity, are revealed. Second, I argue that subjective contingency and objectivity as it corresponds to personal broadcasting (Chapter 3). In this process, personal broadcasting is divided into contents aiming at professionals and below average, and contents aiming at below-average are found to have a relationship with contingency and objectivity. Third, I review personal broadcasting in terms of an artist 's skill and sensibility of deepening(Chapter 4). In this process, as Hegel diagnoses, it is revealed that the technology and the deepening of sensibility is the spirit and the world state of personal broadcasting contents creation and consumption.

본 논문의 목적은 헤겔의 낭만적 예술형식에서 형식적 주관성에 관한 개념을 통해 개인방송의 문화적 의미를 포착하는 것이다. 개인방송이 공중파는 물론 케이블 방송 시장을 잠식하고 있다. 기술력과 자본력 그리고 콘텐츠 구성 능력에서 월등한 공중파와 케이블 방송을 개인방송이 잠식하는 것은기현상이다. 급기야는 공중파와 케이블 방송이 개인방송의 콘텐츠를 모방하는 현상까지 일어나고 있다. 개인방송의 약진은 기술력과 자본력 그리고 콘텐츠 구성 능력으로 설명되지 않는다. 헤겔은 낭만적 예술형식에서 형식적 주관성을 서술한다. 그는 예술표현에서 형식적 주관성을 한편으로는 더 이상 아름답지 않은 예술, 지리멸렬해진 예술로 비하하지만 다른 한편으로 이종적인것의 연쇄가 경이로운 예술, 생명성과 시간성이 응축된 예술, 정신이 감각성과 화해한 예술로 평가한다. 모든 예술에 대한 헤겔의 평가는 양가적이고 모순적이니 이행하는 예술 형식 속에서 드러나는예술 진리가 일면적임을 염두에 두며 전체 속에서 파악해야 한다. 필자는 개인방송의 콘텐츠가 헤겔의 형식적 주관성과 상응한다고 생각한다. 개인방송은 당위, 중심, 노정이 아니라 현실, 주변, 연쇄를강조하는 시대정신의 산물이다. 논문의 목적을 달성하기 위해 첫째, 헤겔의 형식적 주관성이 갖는 위상을 헤겔의 예술철학과 낭만적 예술형식의 관계 속에 고찰한다(2장). 이 과정에서 절대적 내면성과 정신적 주관성이 낭만적 예술형식, 특히 형식적 주관성에 드러나는 방식이 밝혀진다. 둘째, 주관적 우연성과 있는 그대로의 대상성이 개인방송의 어떤 부분과 상응하는지 논의한다(3장). 이 과정에서 개인방송은 전문가를 지향하는 것과 평균 이하의 일반인을 지향하는 콘텐츠로 나뉘고, 일반인을 지향하는 콘텐트가 우연성 및대상성과 갖는 관계가 밝혀진다. 셋째, 예술가의 기술과 감각성의 심화 관점에서 개인방송을 검토한다(4장). 이 과정에서 헤겔이 진단한바, 기술과 감각성의 심화가 개인방송 콘텐츠 창작과 소비의 주요한 정신과 세계 상태임이 밝혀진다.
