[Purpose] The purpose of this study was to examine the causal relationship between leadership, exercise commitment, and exercise satisfaction of golf leaders and to find a way to obtain positive effects on the psychological characteristics and continuing behavior of golf participants. The following conclusions were obtained. [Method] The subjects of the study were 315 golfers using a golf driving range. After analyzing the validity and reliability of the measurement tools, the collected data were subjected to correlation analysis and regression analysis between each potential variable. [Results] It was found that golf leaders directly influence leadership, exercise commitment, exercise satisfaction, and exercise persistence behavior. [Conclusion] Leadership affects golfers guided by golf, which is considered to be an important factor that influences the effectiveness of guidance. In subsequent research, participation in golf instruction is monitored and qualitative communication with the participants It is considered that a research frame that qualitative research can complement each other is needed.

[목적] 본 연구는 골프지도자의 리더십이 운동몰입, 운동만족과 운동지속행동에 미치는 영향을 검증하고, 골프지 도 참여자의 심리적 특성과 운동지속행동에 긍정적인 효과를 얻기 위한 방법을 모색하는데 목적이 있다. [방법] 연구대상은 골프연습장을 이용하고 있는 골퍼 315명을 대상으로 조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 측정도구의 타당도 및 신뢰도 분석 후, 각 잠재변인 간 상관분석과 회귀분석을 실시하였다. [결과] 골프지도자의 리더십과 운 동몰입, 운동만족, 운동지속행동에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 리더십이 골프를 지도받는 골 퍼들에게 영향을 미치고 이는 곧 지도효율성에도 영향을 줄 수 있는 중요 요인으로 판단되며, 후속 연구에서는 골프지도 현장의 참여관찰, 연구대상자들과 질적인 소통을 통해 양적연구의 부족한 부분을 질적 연구가 상호보완 될 수 있는 연구 프레임이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.
