[Purpose] In this study, we propose to utilize the parameter of perceive crowding as a competitive strategy in the golf resort. The purpose of this study is to examine how perceive crowding of golf resort customers affect their behavior. [Method] The research model and hypotheses were established on the assumption that the perceive crowding felt by golf resort customers would have a negative influence on the degree of satisfaction behavior. [Result] As a result, both hypersonic human crowding and spatial crowding which are perceived as congestion of golf resort customers, were proved to have a negative effect on customer satisfaction and both hypotheses 1 and 2 were adopted. In addition, hypothesis 3 and 4 were adopted because both factors were tested to have a negative effect on the customer's behavioral intention. Finally, hypothesis 5 was adopted that satisfaction of golf resort users would have a positive effect on the behavioral intention. [Conclusion] The results of the hypothesis test confirm that management of crowd perception of golf resort users is an important factor that positively affects business performance over the medium to long term. Through this, various solutions such as team interval management, movement line management were sought.

[목적] 본 연구에서는 국내 골프리조트의 경쟁우위 전략을 위해 혼잡지각이라는 변수를 활용하여 경영전략 수립 시 적극 활용하는 것을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 골프리조트 이용고객들이 느끼는 혼잡지각이 이용고객의 행 동에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 검증하고자 하였다. [방법] 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 국내 골프리조트 이용고객이 느끼는 혼잡지각이 만족도 행동의도에 부정적인 영향 관계에 있을 것이라는 가정하에 연구모형과 가설을 수립하 였다. [결과] 연구결과 국내 골프리조트 이용고객의 혼잡지각 요인인 인적 혼잡과 시설 혼잡 모두 고객의 만족에 는 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되어 가설 1과 2 모두 채택되었다. 그리고 두 요인은 고객의 행동의도에 도 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되어 가설 3과 4도 채택되었다. 마지막으로 골프리조트 이용고객의 만족 은 행동의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것이란 가설 5 역시 채택되었다. [결론] 가설검증 결과 본 연구에서는 골프 리조트 이용고객의 혼잡지각을 관리하는 것이 중장기적으로 볼 때 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 중요 요인 인 것을 확인하였으며, 팀 출발간격 관리, 이동동선 관리와 대기행렬 관리 등 다양한 해결책을 모색함으로써 시 사점을 도출하였다.
