There are various foreign products used for the traffic analysis and slope safety check using the drones on the present highway, but it is difficult to transmit the images acquired by the drone to the central control center using the domestic communication network. Especially, real-time communication environment could not be established, and foreign drones have limitations in operation. In order to overcome these difficulties, this study first analyzed trends of industrial drones and special sensors based on government policy, law, system analysis, and drone technology trend analysis. Second, it designed of optimal drone platform and real-time communication environment system for traffic analysis and slope safety check on highway, Third, an industrial drone platform was built to establish a real-time communication environment with a central control center, Fourth, it confirmed stability and usability through field operation using drone with special sensors, Lastly, it contributed to suggest guidelines for expanding the drone business by suggesting the utilization plan for expanding the drone infrastructure.
