The purpose of this study was to carry out city planning for urban regeneration. Therefore, the city landscape is evaluated and the results are quantified. And，We will also analyze the characteristics of urban landscape. We conducted landscape evaluation for Incheon city, quantified the results. Analysis of the quantified evaluation results was carried out. Next, we analyzed the landscape evaluation that we quantified and made recommendations on urban landscape planning. This study is based on the evaluation results of one attribute of the evaluation subjects, so the limitation of the study can be pointed out.

본 연구의 목적은 도시재생을 위한 도시계획에 있어서 정량화를 통한 경관평가를 실시하여 도시경관의 특성을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 인천시의 특징있는 구역을 대상으로 경관평 가를 실시하고 정량화를 실시하였다. 경관평가는 평가대상자를 대상으로 sd법을 실시하고, 이 결과에 수량화이론, 클러스터분석을 적용하여 정량화를 실시하였다. 다음으로 정량화된 평가 결과를 경관평가를 분석하여 도시경관계획에 대하여 제언을 하였다. 본 연구는 한가지 속성의 평가대상자를 대상으로 실시한 평가결과를 기초로 진행하였으므로 연구의 한계가 지적할 수 있다.
