The study is verify the effects of cooperative learning style on the accounting Educational Performance though the mediating effects of the time management strategies and subject interests. The purpose of the study is to grow the effectiveness of accounting educational performance in the cyber environments. The statistical analysis was conducted using SPSSWIN 23.0 and AMOS 20.0 for 111 learners who accounting principles and life and tax classes at Y cyber college located in Daegu. The first result showed that cooperative learning style had a significant effect on accounting educational performance, the time management strategies and subject interests. Second, the time management strategies and the subject interests had a significant effect on accounting educational performance. Third, the time management strategies and the subject interests had a mediating effect on cooperative learning style and educational performance relationship. The cyber college adult learners is mostly cooperative learning style with interactive capacity. Therefore, the colleges should raise rate of cooperative learning and team project. And The findings suggests that the colleges should operate a time management programs and invigorate online discussion for subject interests. The professor and contents developer should make an effort on subject content, class operation mode, contents development.

본 연구는 사이버대학교에서 회계학을 수강하는 성인학습자들을 대상으로 협동적 학습양식이 시 간관리전략과 교과흥미를 매개로 교육성과에 미치는 영향을 검증함으로써 사이버 환경에서 회계학 교육성과를 증진하는 방안을 마련하고자 한다. 가설검증을 위하여 대구소재 Y 사이버대학교 회계원리와 생활과세무 수강생 111명을 대상으로 AMOS 20.0과 SPSSWIN 23.0을 이용하여 통계분석을 실시하였다. 첫째, 협동적 학습양식은 회계학 교육성과, 시간관리전략, 교과흥미에 정(+)의 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 시간관리전략과 교과흥미는 회계 학 교육성과에 정(+)의 영향을 주었다. 셋째, 시간관리전략과 교과흥미는 협동적 학습양식과 회계학 교육성과의 관계에서 매개효과를 보이고 있었다. 연구결과, 협동적 학습양식이 교육성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치므로 사이버대학의 평가항목 중 하 나인 과제를 협동학습이나 프로젝트 학습을 통한 것으로 하거나 학습 질의응답이나 토론 등 상호작 용 점수 비율을 높여 적극적이고 협동적으로 학습에 참여하게 할 것을 제안한다. 또한 시간관리전 략과 교과흥미가 매개요인으로 작용하므로 시간관리프로그램을 전문적으로 운영할 것을 제안한다. 또한 교과흥미를 위해 온라인 토론방을 적극적으로 활용해야 하며 교수자와 콘텐츠 개발자는 교과 내용, 수업운영방식, 콘텐츠 개발 등 여러 방면에서 노력해야 할 것이다.
