This paper reviews the doctrines on property or property rights in Roman Catholic Church since 19th Century in the context of property debates. Based on the review, we summarize the implications of the principle on property or property rights as follow, which are helpful to develop property debates. [1]Property rights is a natural right to survive the people and to support their children. [2]Property rights must be secured because it is a person's personality as a cost of labour. [3]Using of Property rights is justifiable when it secures human dignity. However, it should be restricted if it destroys that. [4]The state must protect Property rights and restrict unfair usages of them.
