Derald Wing Sue proposes a world view schema with two-dimensional Cartesian coordinates around the control and responsibilities. Control is composed of internal control and external control, and responsibility is internal responsibility and external responsibility. Through this, he presents four types and types of counseling strategies. In particular, this focuses on multicultural counseling. David W. Augsburger introduces Sue's world view schema and introduces the two continuums of control and accountability as important pairs for healing, growth, and functioning as healthy human beings. I can see that the value material and the identity material added by Oxberger can be reduced to autonomous reaction and dependent reaction in terms of reaction. Coordination of world views is an extension of the world view that eliminates misunderstandings about clients in the context of mutually subjective counseling and enables correct understanding.
