The complexity and magnitude of disasters are growing by climate and environmental changes and human and property damage by the resulting about it is increasing. This study tries to analyze and re-examine parts of the annual disaster caused by forest fires. In particular, wildfires in Gangwon Province on spring days often spread to large-scale wildfires due to the unique geography and climate characteristics of Gangwon Province, causing a number of natural and social problems with great damage every year. In this study, we intend to conduct a risk assessment in response to the analysis and risk of Gangwon wildfires. Those data will be a basis data for reducing damage and hedging of fire response and recovery.

기후와 환경의 변화가 가져온 재난의 복잡화와 대형화는 점점 커지고 있는 추세이고 이로 인한 인 명이나 재산적 피해도 커지고 있다. 본 연구는 매년 일어나는 재난중에서 산불화재로 인한 부분을 분 석하고 재조명하고자 한다. 특히 봄날 강원도에서 일어나는 산불은 강원도의 독특한 지형이나 기후특 성 등으로 거대한 대형산불로 번지는 경우가 많아 매년 큰 피해와 함께 여러 자연적·사회적 문제를 일으키고 있다. 본 연구에서 매년 일어나는 강원산불에 대한 분석과 위험에 대한 대응으로 위험성평 가를 하고자 한다. 이는 화재대응과 복구에 최소의 피해와 위험회피를 위한 기초자료로 보고자 한다.
