The youth unemployment rate in Korea is showing a steady increase year by year and is becoming a big issue. Because of the increase in the youth unemployment rate, there has been a huge loss because of the problems of individuals and society at the national level. To solve these problems, the government has proposed various solutions. One of them is the National Competency Standards (NCS). NCS coded all occupations in Korea and classifies and defines competence units and evaluation criteria in detail. At universities in the Republic of Korea, the NCS curriculum is designed to improve students' professional abilities and professionalism. It is time to design various methods for proper operation of the NCS curriculum. In addition, after the training according to the designed method, the students' satisfaction should be confirmed, and post-procedures such as revision and supplementation should be introduced. In this study, the definitions of NCS and educational satisfaction were examined for the direction and purpose of research. Six courses required to improve practical skills of the NCS subjects were selected and questionnaires and in-depth interviews were conducted on the use of external experts and analyzed. As a result, in the survey by subject, the satisfaction of the instructor of the class using the external expert was high and the satisfaction of the class progress was high. In addition, the in-depth results of the subjects are as follows: Improvement of applicability of practical cases to the curriculum, interest induction and motivation of related subjects, the structure of contents of practical cases. It was found that there is a need for performances such as activation of communication by topic consultation with the experts, improvement of the application ability to the subject.

우리나라 청년실업률은 해마다 지속적인 증가세를 나타내며 큰 이슈가 되고 있다. 청년실업률의 증 가로 인하여 개인이나 사회의 문제에서부터 국가적으로도 커다란 손실이 되고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 정부에서는 여러 가지의 해결 방안을 제시하고 있다. 그 중에 하나가 국가직무능력표 준(NCS)이다. NCS는 우리나라의 모든 직업들을 코드화하고 그에 대한 능력단위 및 평가기준을 상세하 게 분류하고 정의한 것이다. 우리나라의 대학에서는 NCS 교과목을 운영하여 학생들의 실무 능력 향상 및 전문성 강화를 하고 있으며, NCS 교과목의 적절한 운영을 위하여 여러 가지 방법이 고안되어져야 할 시점이다. 또한 고안 한 방법에 따른 교육 후 학생들의 만족도를 확인하고 수정, 보완 등의 사후 절차가 이루어져야 한다. 본 연구에서는 연구의 방향과 목적을 위하여 NCS 및 교육 만족의 정의를 살펴보았다. NCS 교과목 중 실무 능력 향상에 필요한 6개의 과목을 선별하여 외부 전문가 활용 방안에 대한 과목별 설문 조사 및 심층 면담을 실시하고 결과를 분석하였다. 그 결과 과목별 설문조사에서 외부 전문가 활용수업의 강사에 대한 만족도가 높게 나타났고, 수업진 행의 만족도도 높게 나타났다. 또한, 과목별 심층 결과를 살펴보면, 교과목에 대한 실무사례 적용 능력 의 향상, 관련 교과목에 대한 흥미유발 및 동기부여, 실무 사례에 대한 내용의 구조화로 전달력 강화, 관련 교과목에 대한 동기부여를 위한 외부전문가와의 주제 사전 협의로 소통의 활성화, 교과목에 대한 실무사례 적용 능력의 향상 등의 성과 및 필요성이 있는 것으로 나타났다.
