This paper examine school administration & teacher study in north korea. Like others subjects in north korea, the school administration & teacher study start basic on Kim Ilsung's & Kim Jeongil's words. So north Korean academic freedom & level is low. One of the those is self-sacrifice that teachers & staff of school is emphasized constantly. The contents of self-sacrifice equip a good north korean communism state. In this educational environment of north korea, educational system catch value on community role than individual role.

본 연구는 북한 교육학의 학교관리론과 교원론을 살펴보았다. 북한에서 실시되는 다른 학문과 같이 학교관리론이나 교원론도 김일성과 김정일에 대한 실제적인 충성의 언사와 말들에서 출발 한다. 이는 학문적 내용의 부실을 가져오는 북한 학문의 독특한 특성이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 북한의 교육학에서 학교관리학이나 교원론은 매우 구체적인 현장성을 갖추 고 있다. 그 중 중요한 하나는 교원들이나 행정일군들에게 교육을 위한 헌신을 계속 반복적으로 강조하고 있다는 것이다. 그리고 그 헌신의 의의를 그들의 사회주의 국가로서의 풍토를 만들기 위한 것이다. 또한 북한의 학교관리학과 교사론은 학생 집단에게 사회에 대한 충성을 집요하게 반복하고 있 다. 이러한 교육적 풍토에서 개인보다는 공동체 역할을 중시하는 교육적 장치가 잘 파악될 수 있다.
