[Purpose] The purpose of this research is to understand in depth what the professionalism recognized by golf instructors living in the golf lesson field and how they live for it. [Method] This study selected qualitative research method through in depth inquiry and participative observation after selecting the focus group to include the story of the fierce life for golf instructors to live as an expert in the field. [Result] As a result of the research, the field golf instructors were perceived as golf expertise in the content knowledge aspect (becoming golf otaku), empirical aspect (my own weapon experience side) and educational philosophical side (true mentor). They were experts in the field through the process of inheritance, which is the process of making the qualities of experts into the body and making the qualities of experts as their own. [Conclusion] This study will enable rich discussions in full-fledged golf instructor professionalism research in the future. Furthermore, it is expected to contribute to the expansion of discussions about ‘how to educate and train' to develop their professionalism.

[목적] 본 연구의 목적은 골프레슨 현장에서 생활하는 골프지도자들이 인식하는 전문성은 어떠한 것이고 그들이 그것을 위해 어떻게 살아가고 있는지를 심층적으로 이해하기 위함이다. [방법] 골프지도자가 현장에서 전문가로서 살아가기 위한 치열한 삶의 이야기를 현장감 있게 담기 위해 포커스 그룹을 선정한 후 심층면담(inquiring)과 참 여관찰을 통한 질적 연구방법을 채택하였다. [결과] 연구 결과 현장 골프지도자들은 내용지식적 측면(골프오타쿠 되기), 경험적 측면(나만의 무기인 경험측), 교육철학적 측면(진정한 스승)을 골프 전문성으로 인식하고 삶의 현장 에서 치열하게 살아가고 있었다. 그들은 전문가로서의 자질들을 몸에 자기체화(體化)시키며 전문가로서의 자질들 을 온전히 자기의 것으로 만들어 가는 과정인 전유(傳有)과정을 거쳐 현장에서 전문가로 살아가고 있었다. [결론] 본 연구는 향후 본격적인 골프지도자 전문성 연구에도 풍부한 논의를 가능하게 해 줄 것이다. 나아가 ‘그들의 전 문성 함양을 위해 과연 어떻게 교육하고 길러낼 것인가’에 대한 논의의 확장에도 기여할 것으로 기대된다.
