[Purpose] The purpose of study is to analyze the effect of job stress of a golf course caddy on turnover intention and to analyze the moderating effect of caddies's emotional intelligence in this relation to lower the job stress of caddies and lower the turnover intention. [Method] For this study, golf course caddy was selected as a population and used as a survey tool for job stress, turnover intention and emotional intelligence questionnaire. [Result] The result showed that job stress of golf course caddy influenced turnover intention, and caddy's emotional intelligence level influenced role conflict and role ambiguity of job stress. Especially, in the group with high emotional intelligence level, the tendency to turnover intention was relatively high. [Conclusion] Therefore, it is necessary to suggest a way ti reduce the job stress in the group with high emotional intelligence level.

[목적] 본 연구는 골프장 캐디의 직무스트레스가 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 이러한 관계에서 골프장 캐 디의 감성지능의 조절효과를 분석하여 캐디들의 직무스트레스를 완화시키고 이직의도를 낮추어 골프장 운영의 효율성을 높이는데 연구목적이 있다. [방법] 이를 위해 골프장 전문캐디를 모집단으로 선정하여 직무스트레스, 이 직의도, 감성지능 척도가 포함된 질문지를 조사도구로 활용하였다. [결과] 연구결과 골프장 캐디의 직무스트레스 는 이직의도에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으며, 역할갈등, 역할과다, 역할모호성 순으로 기여도를 보였다. 또한 캐디의 감성수준이 직무스트레스의 역할갈등과 역할모호성 요인에 영향을 주어 이직의도에 변화를 주는 것으로 나타났 으며, 특히 감성수준이 높은 집단에서 이직의도가 상대적으로 높은 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 따라서 골프장은 감 성수준이 높은 집단을 대상으로 직무스트레스를 낮추는 방안을 제시할 필요가 있다.
