The purpose of this study is to present the essential structure of consciousness that should be held by judges in Taekwondo examination based on fairness. To do this, Husserl was discussed through the phenomenological method. The Taekwondo competition should be built on the basis of the essence of consciousness that can be evaluated on the basis of examination rules and rules and fairness. However, there is an obstacle caused by external factors, which is the name of the seal engraved on the uniform. This does not have a direct impact on the criteria for judging, but relates to the function of consciousness. Therefore, it is presupposed that the essence of the consciousness possessed by the evaluation committee member should be the consciousness that can judge the phenomenon itself without involvement of selfishness. Therefore, the consciousness of judges should be based on fairness. The consciousness of the evaluation committee based on this evaluation is evaluated according to fairness in the standards of examination regulation and rule based on equality of opportunity or equality. Through this, the evaluation committee members can make the right evaluation, and the consciousness that acts in the examination is the belief. The belief is secured as the essence of the consciousness of the evaluation committee through analysis of the phenomenon in the examination, that is, the shortness of examination time, many candidates, preferences for wrong motions, and simplicity of evaluation contents.

이 연구는 태권도 심사에서 심사평가위원이 가져야 할 의식의 본질적 구조를 공정성에 근거하여 제시하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 후설의 현상학적 방법을 통해 논의하는 과정을 거쳤다. 태권도 승품･단 심사는 심사규정 및 규칙 과 공정성에 근거하여 평가할 수 있는 의식의 본질적 작용이 그 기반으로 구축되어져 있어야 한다. 하지만 외부적 요인 에 의하여 장애가 발생하는데 그것이 도복에 새겨진 도장명이다. 이는 심사 판정기준에 직접적인 영향을 끼치지는 않지 만 의식의 작용에 관계한다. 그러므로 심사평가위원이 갖는 의식의 본질은 현상 그 자체에서 아무런 사심을 개입시키지 않고 판단할 수 있는 의식이어야 함을 전제한다. 따라서 심사평가위원의 의식은 공정성에 기초해 있어야 한다. 이에 근 거하는 심사평가위원의 의식은 기회 균등이나 평등에 의한 심사규정과 규칙의 기준에서 공정성에 따른 가운데 평가를 한다. 이를 통해 심사평가위원은 올바른 평가를 할 수 있으며 심사 시에 투철하게 작용하는 의식이 신념이다. 신념은 심 사에서 현상, 즉 심사시간의 짧음과 많은 응시자, 틀린 동작에 대한 특혜, 평가내용의 단순함에 대한 분석을 통해 심사평 가위원이 지니는 의식의 본질로서 그 명증성을 확보한다.
