This study was conducted with the aim of presenting the improvement and development of cultural sports according to the evaluation of the university structure reform. In order to achieve this goal, a content analysis was conducted between September 2018 and March 2019 to present measures for improvement and development of cultural sports according to the evaluation of the university's structural reform using interview techniques. To this end, the experts concerned expressed their willingness to attend this study through telephone and mailing in advance and asked for the participation of a group of experts if they agreed to participate. The conclusions reached by the above-mentioned research methods are as follows: A total of 363 responses were drawn from the analysis of the improvement and development measures of cultural sports according to the evaluation of the university's structural reform. Based on a total of 363 responses, inductive category analysis was conducted to derive a total of eight middle and three large areas. Diversity, structural change, and theoretical knowledge acquisition among the eight major areas were grouped into large areas called the complete reorganization of the school curriculum, the second category of class difficulty adjustment, evaluation method, and class operation method were structured, and finally, the new cultural use was set up as areas including improvement to new forms and student cultural usage. Given these results, a perception of diversity and a methodical approach to accommodate student culture should be attempted.

본 연구는 대학구조개혁 평가에 따른 교양체육 개선 및 발전을 제시하고자 하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 이와 같은 연구목적 달성을 위해 2018년 9월부터 2019년 3월까지 본 연구과 관련된 전문가 집단을 대상으로 면담 기법을 이용하 여 대학구조개혁 평가에 따른 교양체육 개선 및 발전 방안 제시를 위한 내용분석을 실시하였다. 이를 위해 관련 전문가 들에게 사전에 전화 및 메일링을 통하여 본 연구에 참석할 의사를 타진하였고, 참여의사에 동의할 경우 전문가 집단 참 여를 부탁하였다. 이상과 같은 연구방법을 통하여 도출된 결론은 다음과 같다. 대학구조개혁 평가에 따른 교양체육 개선 및 발전방안을 분석 결과 총 363개의 반응을 이끌어 냈다. 총 363개의 반응을 바탕으로 귀납적 범주분석을 실시한 결과 총 8개의 중영역과 3개의 대영역을 도출할 수 있었다. 8개의 중영역 중 다양성, 구조변화, 이론적 지식습득은 교과의 전 면 개편이라는 대영역으로 묶음화 되었고, 수업의 난이도 조정, 평가방식, 수업운영방식이 구조화 되면서 수업방법 개 선 라는 두 번째 범주로 구성되었고, 끝으로 새로운 문화수용은 새로운 형태로의 개선과 학생문화수용을 포함한 영역으로 설정 되었다. 이러한 결과로 볼 때 다양성에 대한 인식과 학생문화를 수용할 수 있는 방법적 접근이 시도 되어져야 할 것으로 보인다.
