This study shows the effects on retention of motor learning by knowledge of result precision by motivation level in task participation. The subjects were 28, G state university male students with right handed without linear positioning task experienced. Before getting started, 14 highly motivated subjects were divided 7 each into by knowledge of quantitative and qualitative results. Also, 14 lowly motivated subjects were divided 7 each into by knowledge of quantitative and qualitative results. On the stage of practice, the highly motivated group with knowledge of quantitative results was most significantly superior. And there's not difference between the lowly motivated with knowledge of quantitative results and the highly motivated with knowledge of qualitative results provided. But those groups were better than the lowly motivated with knowledge of qualitative results provided. On the stage of retention, the highly motivated with knowledge of quantitative results and the lowly motivated with knowledge of quantitative results provided groups were not significantly different. but most superior on motor learning. Next, the highly motivated with knowledge of qualitative results provided group was better than the lowly motivated with knowledge of qualitative results provided group.

본 연구는 과제 참여동기 수준이 높고, 낮은 피험자들에게 양적 결과지식과 질적 결과지식을 제공할 때 나타나는 운동학습효과를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 직선정치과제에 사전 경험이 없는 G대학교 남학생 오른손잡이 28명이며, 연구결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 연습단계에서는 고동기 양적 결과지식 제공집단의 수행효과가 가장 의 미 있게 우수하였으며, 저동기 양적 결과지식 제공집단과 고동기 질적 결과지식 제공집단 간에는 차가 없으면서 저동기 질적 결과지식 제공집단 보다 유의하게 우수한 수행효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 파지단계에서는 고동기 양적 결과지 식 제공집단과 저동기 양적 결과지식 제공집단 간에는 의미 있는 차가 없으면서 가장 우수한 운동학습효과가 있었으며, 고동기 질적 결과지식 제공집단 또한 저동기 질적 결과지식 제공집단보다 유의하게 운동학습효과가 우수한 것으로 나타났다.
