The effect of 12 weeks circuit training on health-related physical fitness, insulin resistance and blood dependency in obese men

초록

영어

The purpose of this study is to look at the effects of circuit training on health-related fitness, insulin resistance, and hemiplegia of adult obese men. The total number of obese men in their 20s was 18 in the exercise group (n=9) and the control group (n=9), For 12 weeks, 1-6 weeks (50–70% HRR) was set to a kinetic strength of (60–80% HRR) of 7– 12 weeks. After calculating the mean value (M) and the standard deviation (M±SD) for the measurement variable, Verification of differences in the mean values of the pre- and post-mortem in the group is based on the paired t-test, Test of main effects for differences between groups and intergroup and time-to-period interaction effects (repeated-measured ANOVA). After Circuit Training, An analysis of health-related physical strength, insulin resistance, and Blood lipid The following conclusions were obtained. Among health related physical strength, LBM, muscle strength, muscle endurance, cardiopulmonary endurance, flexibility, etc. there was an interaction effect, Insulin, Glucose, and HOMA-IR also had interaction effects, TG, LDL-C, and HDL-C also had interaction effects during blood lipids. The above results in aggregate, 12 weeks of circuit training, on health-related physical strength, insulin resistance, and Blood lipid It turns out to have a positive effect. Circuit training is a combination of aerobic exercise It is believed to have had a positive effect on the improvement and prevention of obesity in overweight men in their 20s.
