This study will analyse different aspects on each nations economy toward modern capitalist system. Especially this will focus on the social change of recognition on its own capitalist system. This study will also try to analyse US strategical changes toward its world economy due to China’s economic rise after the Cold War. Especially, US policy change on its neo-liberalist economy after 2008 crisis. This study first introduce ‘W’shape model to explain modern capitalist economy and democratic political system. The democracy and capitalism are foamed and developed on the far different base. Although this two different system actually work in the same society. Each nation has their own understanding of its own society based upon historical experience of their own. US policy toward post-Cold war era simply named neo-liberal Globalization cannot simply immigrant US democracy and capitalism on the other society. Each nation will adept their own way of capitalism in corresponding with new system of globalised world and each nation will have different system to each other through their concept of capitalism.

본 연구는 선진국에서 시작된 오랜 경제적 침체에 따른 기존 자본주의 시스템에 대한 사회적 인 식변화를 합리적으로 수용하고 이를 올바른 경제체제를 이해할 수 있도록 다각적인 시각으로 해석 하기 위해 현대 자본주의에 대한 구조적 문제를 시사적으로 분석하려 한다. 특히 소련의 붕괴 이후 신자유주의적인 세계화의 확대와 중국의 부상으로 인한 기존 미국의 세계정책 변화에 대해 분석하 고 2008년 미국에서 시작된 금융위기가 기존 미국 주도의 신자유주의적인 세계화에 대한 새로운 시 각을 중심으로 기존 자본주의 시스템에 대한 분석을 하였다. 주요한 특징으로 W형 순환과정의 모 형을 대입하여 자본주의 경제시스템과 민주주의 정치시스템의 상호작용을 설명하고자 한다. 냉전 체제가 종식된 이후 미국 주도의 신자유주의적인 세계화는 국제사회 전반에 걸쳐 진행되었고 각국 은 새로운 변화에 빠르게 적응해 가는 모습을 보였다. 그러나 민주주의 정치시스템과 자본주의 경 제시스템은 구조적으로 각기 다른 바탕위에서 설정되어 있되 함께 하나의 사회를 운행한다. 이는 각국이 각자의 환경과 역사적 배경에 따라 특정한 관성을 가지고 오랜 경험을 바탕으로 운행된다고 볼 수 있다. 냉전 이후 미국 주도의 신자유주의적 세계화로 인한 각국의 체제변화는 불가피하게 이 루어지고 있으나 미국의 기준이 획일적으로 적용되는 것은 불가능하며 자본주의 경제시스템에 대한 각기 다른 사회의 인식과 발전 방향도 같다고 볼 수 없다. 이는 자본주의 경제시스템에 대한 각기 다른 시각과 이에 대한 교육방식을 통해 향후 더 많은 다양성을 가지게 될 것이다.
