Currently, the development of China's economy is difficult to discuss, leaving One Belt One Road and Free Trade Zones, thus positioning them as two major issues related to China's international economic law. As of December 4, 2018, China established 12 free trade zones. These Free Trade Zones were established four times, and the Shanghai Free Trade Zone was established in 2013, Tianjin, Guangdong and Fujian Free Trade Zone were established in 2015, Zhejiang, Hubei, Henan, Sichuan, Chongqing, Shanxi Free Trade Zone were established in 2017 and Hainan Free Trade Zone was established in 2018. In this article, the author discussed the effects and problems of new legal systems applied to these free trade zones, focusing on existing relevant statutes, such as the function, legislation, management agencies, and specific measures, and discussed the development of Free Trade Port in the Chinese government.

현재, 중국경제의 발전은 일대일로와 자유무역지역을 떠나서 논의하기 어려운 상황인데 따라서 이들은 중국 관련 국제경제법적 양대 이슈로 자리매김 하고 있다. 2018년 12월 4일 현재, 중국은 12개의 자유무역지역을 설립하였다. 이들 자유무역지역은 네번에 나뉘어 설립이승인되었는데 상해자유무역지역은 2013년 설립되고, 천진, 광동, 복건자유무역지역은 2015년 설립되고 절강, 호북, 요녕, 하남, 사천, 중경, 섬서자유무역지역은 2017년 설립되었으며 해남자유무역지역은 2 018년 설립되었다. 본 연구에서는 중국 자유무역지역의 기능, 입법, 관리기관, 구체조치 등 측면에서 기존의 관련 법령을 중심으로 이들자유무역지역에 적용되는 새로운 법률제도를 살펴본 후 그 효과와 문제점 및 중국정부에서 자유무역지역의 다음 단계로 추진하고자 하는자유항의 발전전망에 대해 논의하였다.
