운동 피트니스 앱이 오프라인 건강증진행위에 대한 추진적 요인분석 : 홈 트레이닝 KEEP 사용자를 중심으로

In recent years, mobile communication technology with smart phone as the main carrier has moved forward at a rapid speed. Mobile APP has become an indispensable part of people's life. With the advent of the mobile digital age, people are more accustomed to using mobile APP to exercise anywhere and anytime. The goal of this paper is to investigate the factors that influence the behavior of offline health promotion through the use of sports and fitness APP. The sports fitness APP incorporates the elements of socialization, transforming the movement of a single person into a group movement, so it has certain customer interaction. By using such APPs, it is considered that the factors of presence, personalization and social planning influence the offline health promotion behavior. In addition, Health concern has also played a regulatory role. This paper has studied the above factors.
