The purpose of this study was to identify the degree of mortality, appropriateness and continuance willingness of voluntary activities in nursing students and to investigate the effects of their continuance willingness of voluntary activities. This study was carried out from November to Decemer 2018 as a descriptive research study. Data collection was conducted among 174 university nursing students who agreed to the research and completed the questionnaire. The data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA and Scheffe post-test, Pearson correlation coefficient calculation and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 24.0. The results of the study showed that morality, service appropriateness, service period, and aggressiveness had a significant effect on the continuance willingness. It proposes that a volunteer program that can engage with the majors and participate voluntarily and positively for the continuous service of nursing students.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 도덕성, 봉사업무적절성, 봉사지속의지의 정도를 파악하고 봉사지속의지에 미치는 영향 요인을 파악하고자 시도되었다. 이 연구는 2018년도 11월에서 12월까지 수행된 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료 수집은 일 개대학 간호대학생 중 연구에 동의하고 설문지를 완성한 174명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 24.0을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA 및 Scheffe 사후검정, Pearson correlation coefficients 산출 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 도덕성, 봉사업무의 적절성, 봉사기간, 적극성이 지속의지에 의미 있는 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 간호대 학생의 지속적인 봉사를 위해 전공과 연계되고 자율적이며 적극적으로 참여할 수 있는 봉사프로그램을 마련할 것을 제언한다.
