Parents' interest in the education of children and adolescents in our society makes parents the specialist in Korean education policy. While it is important to comment and discuss the absurdities of current education policies, the more important question is whether our vision of the future when young children will be leading society in the next 20 to 30 years. The consensus on what the future of Korean society will be like in the next 20 years for young children and adolescents should be first. What would the future be like in 2037, Utopia, Distopia, or what would it look like? Also, what kind of state does Korean society hold in the global village? And what qualities do we need to have in a future when it is the future that will move beyond survival to becoming the dominant figure in our society? Of course, we should ask all children, including multicultural children, but what areas are more specialized to support their unique characteristics? We will prepare an opportunity to explore what areas in Korean society that will enable multicultural children to perform at their best. Thoughts and worries about the future are the old homework of all mankind. Until now, our first and last were worries about tomorrow, not unlike today's, when social changes were minimal. But living in an age when the Fourth Industrial Revolution began, we face a much worse problem in terms of the unpredictable pace and state of tomorrow's changes. Moreover, it is feared that they should prepare for the age of 120 years after passing the age of 100, which has never been recorded in human history.

우리사회에서 아동청소년의 교육에 관한 부모님들의 관심은 학부모 모두를 한국교육정책의 일인자로 만들고 있다. 현재 교육정책의 불합리한 점에 대한 지적과 논의도 중요하지만 더욱 중요한 문제는 아동청소년들이 사회주역으로 생활할 20-30년 후의 미래에 대한 우리의 비젼이 아닐까 한다. 아동청소년이 당면할 20년후 한국사회 미래는 어떠할까에 대한 합의가 우선 되어야 한다. 2037년의 미래사회는 유토피아일까, 디스토피아일까, 과연 어떠한 모습일까? 또한 한국사회는 세계속 지구촌에서 어떤 상태를 유지하고 있을까? 그리고 이 러한 미래한국사회에서 생존을 뛰어넘어 우리사회의 주역으로 활동할 미래인 재상은 어떠한 자질이 필요한 것일까? 물론, 다문화아동을 포함한 모든 아동에 게 이러한 자질을 요구해야 하겠지만 다문화아동만의 특성을 살린 보다 특화 된 영역은 무엇이 있을까? 미래한국사회에서 다문화아동이 최고의 능력을 발 휘 할 수 있는 영역은 어떠한 것인가를 모색하는 계기를 마련하고자 한다. 미래에 대한 생각과 걱정은 모든 인류의 오래된 숙제이다. 지금까지 우리 앞 세대들은 큰 사회변화가 없는, 오늘과 별반 다르지 않은 내일에 대한 근심이었 다. 그러나 4차산업혁명이 시작된 시대에 살고 있는 우리는 내일의 변화 속도 및 현상이 예측 불가능하다는 점에서 문제가 더욱 심각해진다. 더욱이 인류 역 사상 유래가 없는 100세 시대를 지나 120세 시대를 준비해야한다는 점에서 패 닉에 가까운 공포를 느끼게 된다.
