This study is to emphasize that forgiveness teaches in the Bible should not be only interpreted by appropriateness of moralism but also understood in terms of the spiritual, psychological and relational horizon and structure. It is because forgiveness teaches in the Bible is a very dynamic agenda that includes not only ethical horizon but also judicial, psychological, and relational ones. It stresses that the subject of judicial forgiveness is God, only the one who can forgive. It also reveals that psychological forgiveness is related with victim’s negative and positive emotions, such as, anger, rage and mercy. Then, it claims that relational forgiveness is related with inflictor’s repentance where changes of the person’s mind and behavior are shown. It is, furthermore, to suggest that human forgiveness teaches in the Bible is to go beyond from ethical praxis to creative, empathetic, and healing praxis. For human forgiveness is to be seen not as simply imposing duty and responsibility, but as a journey undergoing through relational and healing process that creates new ‘we’. This study is, therefore, to light shed on forgiveness as a journey as well as a way to go forward new ‘me’ and new relationship. Above all, it is to look for a dynamic praxis and model by studying of horizons of forgiveness.

본 연구는 성경에서 가르치는 용서는 도덕주의적 당위성으로만 해 석해서는 안 되고 영적 심리적 관계적 지평과 구조 안에서 이해되어야 한다는 것을 강조하는데 있다. 성경에서 가르치는 용서는 단지 윤리적 인 지평만이 아니라 사법적, 심리적, 그리고 관계적 지평까지 포함하는 매우 역동적(dynamic) 주제이기 때문이다. 사법적 용서는 하나님이 주 체이며, 신만이 할 수 있는 용서라는 것을 강조하고자 한다. 심리적 용 서는 피해자의 부정적 긍정적 감정인 분노와 분개와 자비 등과 관계된 용서임을 밝히고자 한다. 관계적 용서는 가해자의 회개, 즉 가해자의 마음과 행동의 변화와 관계된 용서라는 것을 제시하는데 있다. 나아가 성경에서 가르치는 인간의 용서는 윤리적 프락시스를 넘어 창조적, 공감적, 치유적 프락시스로서 용서를 제안하고자 한다. 성경에 서 가르치는 인간의 용서는 단순히 의무와 책임만을 부과하는데 있기 보다는 새로운 우리를 탄생시키는 관계적 치유적 여정이기 때문이다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 용서는 새로운 나와 새로운 관계로 나아가는 방법이자 여정임을 밝히고자 한다. 무엇보다도 용서의 지평들에 대한 연구를 통해 역동적 프락시스의 길과 모델을 모색하고자 한다.
