Cosmetics market is permanently bound to become an attractive market by occasion of human being's pursuit of beauty in nature unless this sense of value will be vanished. Nobody cannot keep human desire to have a beautiful life away and cosmetics market is the commercial market accomplishing this desire. Western color cosmetics is already firmly positioned on as luxury brand and popularization. Herbal Cosmetics systems introduced little late in the market actively need to perform strategic promotional marketing informing of excellence, preference of Herbal Cosmetics functions to move to larger markets. Regardless of age, people want to get attractive good looking and transition to an aging society increases the demand of healthy and beautiful old age. In addition, it is a society emphasizes individuality and personality rather than efficiency, which requires rarity and creativity more than popularity. Such variety consumption pattern is resulted from the marketing of world's leading luxurious cosmetics company with the strong finance and strategic public marketing. How to make herbal cosmetics global prestige brand lies upon effective promotional marketing as broadcasting and mass media deeply affect the human life whereas quantity and quality of cosmetics are important.
