As the number of students who want to major without a process of understanding their major, due to the relatively high employment rate in spite of recent serious unemployment crisis, has increased, the number of students who choose their major without sufficient understanding of their aptitude has also increased. Because career paths are directly related to self-realization of college students as well as their survival, career maturity which has a great influence on determining career course and paths is a serious task to be developed at the time of university. In order to find out the appropriate course for the job applicants, it is necessary to have a clear awareness about the degree of their career maturity so that they could choose, decide and prepare appropriate career paths. Therefore, universities need to diagnose and develop career maturity levels through effective career guidance and education, because college students' career preparation and maturity are essential developmental tasks for their whole life and the basis for the realization of career choices and the settlement of career decision. Accordingly, this study tried to understand the relationships among social support, positive psychological capital, interpersonal relationship, major satisfaction and career maturity, and tried to study the changes and development directions necessary for the educational environment of future job applicants by analyzing how the relationships affects the job search activities. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the impact on career maturity of job applicants. aiming at understanding the problems of job placement education and making effective educational activities according to the characteristics of individual college student. Based on these research results, I would like to provide strategic implications and basic data to universities and educational institutions preparing to operate the employment support project. The results of this study are as follows. First, the higher social support of job applicants rose, the higher positive psychological capital became. Second, the higher positive psychological capital rose, the higher interpersonal and major satisfaction became. Third, the higher the interpersonal and major satisfaction rose, career maturity became.

최근 심각한 취업난에도 불구하고 비교적 높은 취업률로 인하여 전공에 대한 이해의 과정 없이 전공 학과를 지망하는 학생들이 증가하게 되면서 자신의 적성에 대한 충분한 이해 없이 전공을 선택하게 되 는 경우도 같이 증가하게 되었다. 대학생에게 있어 진로는 생존뿐만 아니라 자아실현과 직결되는 문제 진로와 경력 경로를 결정하는 데 큰 영향을 미치는 진로성숙은 대학생 시기에 발달시켜야 하는 중대한 과업이라 할 수 있다. 이처럼 취업준비생들에게 적절한 진로를 알아보기 위해서는 자신의 진로성숙 정 도에 대한 명확한 인식이 필요하며, 이를 통해 적합한 진로선택과 결정, 준비를 할 수 있을 것이다. 따 라서, 대학생의 진로 준비와 성숙은 전체적인 삶을 위해 필수적으로 확립해야 하는 발달과제로 직업 선 택의 구체화와 진로설정 확립의 기초가 되기 때문에 대학교에서는 효과적인 진로 지도와 교육을 통해 진로성숙 수준을 진단 및 개발이 필요하다고 볼 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 취업준비생들의 사회적지지가 긍정적 심리자본, 대인관계, 전공만족도와 진로성숙도 간의 관계를 파악하여 실제 취업 준비를 위한 행동에 어떤 방식으로 영향을 미치는지를 분석하여 향후 취업준비생들의 교육환경에 필요한 변화와 발전 방향을 연구하고자 하였다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 취 업준비생들의 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 연구의 목적이 있으며, 이를 통해 취업준비생들 의 교육에 있어서 문제점을 파악하고 대학생 개개인의 특성에 따른 효과적인 교육활동이 이루어지도록 하는데 연구의 목적을 두고 있다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 바탕으로 취업지원 사업 운영을 준비하고 있는 대학 및 교육기관들에게 전략적 시사점 및 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 연구를 진행한 결과, 첫째, 취 업준비생들의 사회적 지지가 높아질수록 긍정적 심리자본이 높아지고, 둘째, 긍정적 심리자본이 높아질 수록 대인관계와 전공만족도가 높아졌으며, 셋째, 대인관계와 전공만족도가 높아질수록 진로성숙도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다.
