The object of this study examines the process of college students' major satisfaction and presence/absence of career counseling on major matched employment determination, and to verify the moderating effect of career decision self-efficacy in this process. For this purpose, from May to June 2017, 500 university students in Seoul and Gyeonggi provinces were surveyed. Of these, 410 were used for analysis. The SPSS 18.0 for Window statistical package was used mainly for the analysis of the study results. The results of this study, College students' major satisfaction and presence/absence of career counseling were found to affect major matched employment determination. And Career decision-making self-efficacy was verified to control the relationship between major satisfaction and presence/absence of career counseling in the process of affecting major matched employment determination. Based on the results of this study, in the current college education environment, college students have suggested several ways to make a decision to work in a field consistent with their major.

본 논문은 대학생의 전공만족도와 진로상담이 전공일치 취업결정에 미치는 과정을 살펴보고, 이 과정에서 진로결정자기효능감이 미치는 조절효과를 검증하는 것에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2017년 5월부터 6월까지 서울 및 경기도 지역의 대학생 500명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였으며 이중 410부가 분석에 활용되었다. 연구 결과 분석을 위해 주로 활용한 통계분석방법은 SPSS 18.0 for Window 통계패키지였다. 본 연구를 통해 밝혀진 분석결과를 보면 대학생의 전공만족도 및 진로상담 유무는 전공일치 취업결정에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 진로결정자기효능감은 전공만족도와 진로상담유무가 전공일치 취업결정에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 그 관계를 조절하는 것으로 검증되었다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 현재 대학교육환경 내에서 대학생들이 전공과 일치된 분야로 취업을 결정하기 위해 필요한 몇 가지 방안을 제시하였다.
