The purpose of this study was to analyze Korean measured by Korean Personality TypeIndicator(KEPTI). The subjects of this study were 2074 people including the varieties of age, academic background, and job. The collected data were analyzed by Ducan post-test. Results of the study indicated significant differences in age, academic background, and job. First, increasing age level, the Reformers were more likely higher than any other personality types. Especially people under 30 in Helper, Artist, Royalist and people under 40-45 were more likely higher than any other types. Second, increasing the academic background, Reformers, Achievers and Observers were more likely higher. While decreasing the academic background, Helpers were more likely lower than any other types. Third, the teaching profession were more likely related to Reformers and Observers, the beauty artists were more likely related to Helpers, Royalists, and Optimists. Also, the public servant and the clerical worker were more likely to Achievers.

본 연구는 국내에 활용되고 있는 한국형 에니어그램 성격유형검사를 수강한 성인들을 대상으로 국내의 현황을 분석함으로써 문화적 타당도를 검증하고, 앞으로의 연구의 방향을 가늠하는데 있다. 총 2074명의 피험자를 대상으로 연령별, 성별, 직업별로 사후검증하였다. 첫째, 연령이 증가함에 따라, 연령이 많을수록 개혁가 성향이 높았고, 30세 미만이 다른 연령대보다 조력가와 예술가, 충성가 성향이 높았으며, 40～45세 미만은 다른 연령대보다 사색가 성향이, 그리고 45세 이상은 다른 연령대보다 조정자 성향이 높았다. 둘째, 학력에 높아짐에 따라,대학원재학이 다른 학력의 소지자보다 개혁가 성향과 예술가 성향이 높았으며, 학력이 낮을수록 조력가 성향이 높았다. 또한 학력이 높을수록 성취가와 사색가 성향이 높았다. 셋째, 직업에 따라, 교사직이 다른 직업보다 개혁가와 사색가 성향이 높았으며, 미용사가 다른 직업보다 조력가와 충성가, 낙천가 성향이 높았고, 공무원 및 사무직이 다른 직업보다 성취가 성향이 높았다. 연구결과에 대한 논의가 제시되었다.
