This study was conducted to provide basic materials that can be used by youth sports club leaders in the operation and education of youth sports clubs. The purpose of this study is to identify ways to revitalize youth sports club management by exploring the relationship between youth sports leaders and parents. For this purpose, I conducted in - depth interviews by selecting four managers or leaders of Youth Sports Club Youth Sports Club. Based on the results and discussions, the following suggestions can be made to promote the management of youth sports clubs. First, an internal retraining scheme for leaders within youth clubs should be organized and operated by individual clubs. Second, it is necessary to provide professional education for parents and youth member correspondence and counseling. Third, it is necessary to educate students to use social network service to improve communication between parents and youth members. Fourth, management should continue efforts to improve the treatment of leaders in youth clubs.

이 연구는 유소년스포츠클럽의 지도자들이 유소년스포츠클럽 운영 및 교육현장에서 활용할 수 있는 기초차료를 제공하고자 진행되었다. 연구의 목적은 유소년스포츠지도자와 학부모의 관계 탐색을 통한 유소년스포츠클럽 경영 활 성화 방안을 규명하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 유소년스포츠클럽 경영자 또는 지도자 총 4인을 연구참여자로 선정하여 심 층면담을 실시하였다. 연구결과 및 논의를 바탕으로 유소년스포츠클럽 경영 활성화 방안을 다음과 같이 제시할 수 있다. 첫째, 유소년스포츠 클럽 내 지도자들을 위한 내부적인 재교육 체계가 개별 클럽마다 구성되어 운영해야 한다. 둘째, 학 부모와 유소년 회원 대응 및 상담을 위한 전문 교육이 필요하다. 셋째, 학부모와 유소년회원과의 소통을 향상시키는 소 셜네트워크서비스 활용능력을 배양하는 교육이 이루어질 필요가 있다. 넷째, 경영자는 유소년 스포츠클럽 내 지도자들 의 처우 개선을 위한 노력을 지속해야 한다.
